Tubbs Mill House is three hundred years old and set in A Designated Area of Outstanding Beauty known as The Roseland Peninsula. The house is situated exactly one mile from The South-West Coastal Path in a secluded, sunny valley next to the River Luney which runs as a babbling brook at the end of the garden. We are one mile from Caerhays Castle which holds The National Magnolia Collection and we have a plethora of beautiful beaches, good places to eat and wonderful places to walk – we have everything from buzzards to otters and owls to be enjoyed.
