A Warm Welcome Awaits You

Tubbs Mill House has been restored by the owners to a high level and there is a lovely drawing room for guests to relax in together with a garden which borders onto the river and there are plenty of seating areas to either enjoy a cup of tea, a glass of wine or, weather permitting, breakfast on the patio.

We have two bedrooms and both are very peaceful with countryside views. One room is a superking size room (6 feet wide bed) which can also be made into a twin and the other is a king size room. We are also very happy to bring tea in bed in the mornings!

When you arrive you are welcomed by the hosts with tea and homemade cake to refresh you after your journey. We are also happy to make homemade scones if you wish to have a cream tea in the afternoon.

An absolute gem - We stopped at Tubbs Mill House on our way home from a few days away. We were greeted at the front door by Denise and Vic who instantly made us feel incredibly welcome. The cottage is simply stunning and has been beautifully and tastefully restored.

Tubbs Mill House is the gingerbread cottage from the fairy tale. Run by the delightful Denise and Vic, it is an old converted mill house set on the Roseland Peninsula in the depths of rural Cornwall. There are ducklings on the pond, chickens on the path and the cottage has its own well.
